Heartland Apartments

Heartland Apartments is an affordable, accessible apartment building for adults with qualifying disabilities that is close to the Southern Illinois University, the Eastgate Shopping Center and other conveniences. Residents enjoy the independence and privacy of their own apartment and may arrange their own community supportive living services. Qualifying households pay rent based on 30% of their monthly household income. Income limits apply, but no minimum income is required to qualify.
