Allegiance Apartments also has 49 resident units and is located at 3757 South Pecos-McLeod Interconnect. Allegiance has 25 VASH vouchers and 24 Section 8 project based vouchers. The vouchers were also awarded by the SNRHA. Allegiance received a LIHTC award in September 2017. Additional funding was awarded by the Clark County Board of Commissioners and the Nevada Housing Division National Housing Trust Funds. Construction began on July 9, 2018 with completion on September 13, 2019. On November 17, 2019 all resident units were occupied.
