Patriot Place Apartments has 49 resident units and is located at 4245 South Pecos Road. Patriot Place has 13 VASH vouchers and 36 Section 8 project based vouchers. The vouchers were awarded by the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA). Patriot Place received a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) award in July 2015. Additional funding was awarded by the Clark County Board of Commissioners and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco’s Affordable Housing Program as well as a Wells Fargo Priority Markets grant. Construction began on May 20, 2016 with completion on July 28, 2017. On December 4, 2017 Patriot Place Apartments was fully occupied.
