Developed by ASI, Vista Del Sol Apartments will allow extremely-low and very-low income seniors, persons with disabilities, and senior veterans to age in place, promoting independence while offering free, on-site supportive services including a Housing & Services Coordinator, as well as free wheelchair accessible transportation within the community.  Additionally, Case Management services to qualifying veterans will provided by the Veterans Administration Supportive Housing (VASH) program. 

The one-bedroom apartment units at Vista Del Sol are approximately 604 square feet, and two-bedroom units are approximately 845 square feet.  Apartments features include microwaves, ceiling fans, ample storage space, high quality finishes in the full sized kitchens and bathrooms, and high quality flooring throughout.  Wheelchair accessible apartment features include: 36 inch wide doorways, large roll-in showers, adjustable closet shelves, roll-under counters in the kitchen and bath, accessible ovens and stove-tops, lowered light switches and raised electrical outlets, among other accessible and adaptive features and amenities to support resident independence and enhance the quality of the lives of the persons ASI will serve at Vista del Sol Apartments. 

Interior common area amenities include a large, multipurpose community room with kitchen facilities for meetings and social events, a library/lounge, a computer room with internet services, an exercise room, and commercial laundry facilities on each floor.  Outdoor spaces include drought-tolerant landscaping, covered parking areas, a patio with pergola, a shuffleboard court, and exterior sitting areas including accessible picnic tables, benches and barbeque.
