- Evaluation and treatment planning process is functional, client centered, outcome oriented and aimed at maximizing all available resources
- Discharges 87% of the clients who complete our program to home either independently or with family support (2011 outcomes data).
- A post acute program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for Brain Injury Programs: Vocational Programs, Out-patient Rehabilitation and Residential Rehabilitation Programs.
- Administration and clinical staff maintain a high level of expertise and experience in brain injury and neurological rehabilitation.
- Well established, works closely with, and partners with other community agencies.
